James has been providing guidance to high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, senior management, and directors of public companies for more than 30 years. He joined Ryan Beck in 1993, and after a series of promotions, became a Senior Vice President with Ryan Beck in 2005. Jim joined Stifel as a Senior Vice President/Investments through Stifel’s acquisition of Ryan Beck in 2007. He served on various management committees at Ryan Beck, and from 1997 through 2001, supervising and training newly hired financial advisors.
In addition to providing investment guidance, Jim has extensive experience in the fixed income markets, including tax-advantaged municipal bonds, private wealth management, and retirement income strategies.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University and has completed the Financial Planning Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Agent), and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses.
Outside the office, Jim enjoys playing softball and golf, and volunteers as a youth sports coach. He resides in Morristown, New Jersey, with his wife, Stacey, raising their four sons.
Liliana has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined Stifel as a Client Service Associate in 2007. She holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities State Agent) securities licenses. With experience in many aspects of financial services, Liliana is well-suited to assist our clients with their needs.
Liliana lives in South Orange, New Jersey, with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and reading.
